Ashlei Payne is the casting director and producer redefining how global talent operations come to life. Known for her calm, razor-sharp instincts and unmatched ability to deliver at scale, Ashlei is currently leading staffing and logistics for one of the largest international activations in brand history—VISA x FIFA World Cup 2026. As Executive Producer of Staffing & Operations for the project, Ashlei is overseeing the sourcing, training, and execution of over 300 on-site team members across 10 host cities in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Her work spans hospitality logistics, daily operations, production-level oversight, and executive client management—servicing thousands of VIPs, global guests, and high-level brand partners.

Beyond the World Cup, Ashlei continues to cast and produce for elite-level events and campaigns for clients like Apple TV, FENTY, NBC, Golden Globes, FX, Sofia Vergara, Peacock, Diesel, Ciroc, Spanx, Sephora. With a background in filmmaking and over a decade of experience building high-performance teams, Ashlei brings both artistic vision and operational precision to every project she touches.
